Dorian Belli

Born in Tirana in 1976.

Evaluation and special relationship with food have been early in the life of our Chief, Mr. Belli.

After various experiences in Albania and abroad, in 2009 he comes into the kitchen of ABA 21.

His relationship with cooking is not just a profession but a way of life full of fun and challenge.

In his experience with ABA 21, he is complemented by an equally dedicated staff, most of them accompanying him  by passion for cooking since the early years in the kitchen of ABA 21.
